This is my 3rd extended stay 10 days total and because of work I didn't stay on site much but the time spenr there was good. The room was clean and spacious although when I first got there I almost turned around and checked out due to big stain on bed sheet that a blind person could have seen which was a oversight of cleaning staff but I already paid for the week and it was non refundable. Outside of the stain it seemed gettous with the people there especially the people next door wanting to hold a all night talk feast outside my window nightly. Overall the people was ok and mostly stayed to themselves. The staff was kind respectful and friendly but I have to give the cleanness of the whole place an 9 as there is indeed room for improvement. Now if you just looking to get away and need a hotel to stay I would recommend this hotel and have it in my top 10
Service was helpful rooms were clean Just not happy with such a high deposit when I am Wyndham rewards member and a frequent guest. Channels were not clear and wifi was difficult to access
Pleasant Surprise! Clean and Comfortable Stay I booked a 2-night stay at this motel after reading some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff was attentive, changing towels and supplies daily. My stay was so comfortable that I extended it for another 2 nights. While the free breakfast was basic, it was a convenient perk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this motel to others looking for a clean and affordable place to stay.
The elevator didn't work, or it would be a 5 star. The hot water gets very hot fast. Be careful if you have children. We had a great night sleep on a very comfortable bed. There's parking for CMV too. The pool is out of order too. We mostly stayed so we could Uber sight see in DC.
Visited this hotel for a birthday weekend and wanted to be close to the casino but in a more affordable hotel. Check in was easy and parking was simple. The room was nice and clean, just a little outdated. Comfy bed and couch. Shower was a little small and the pressure was just ok, but it got the job done. Tons of food options around, which was definitely a plus. They also had free breakfast and there was also a bakery attached to the hotel. Something unexpected was rooms service. We ended up ordering elsewhere, but it was nice to have the option of 2 restaurants. Overall we had a nice stay and we would book again
Best budget hotel in the area. Rooms are clean. Most rooms have been repainted with modern art work. Some rooms have carpet and some have laminate flooring. Plumbing fixtures and electrical outlets are outdated but that’s to be expected for the price. Everything works as it’s supposed to. The water pressure is good and hot water comes fast. The house keepers change the towels and make the beds every day. They do a good job of keeping the rooms clean. I’ve stayed here many times and never had any issues with bugs. I’m not sure what’s going on with some of the other complaints I’ve read. The front desk staff is professional and efficient. I utilize to online check-in feature to expedite my check in. My key is usually ready and waiting when I arrive.
Pros: Room had microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast. Free Parking available. 5 mins to Huntington Metro parking (if one wants to use Metro to go to DC; which I did) Cons: Cleanliness. The property looked little old. Room’s windows faced corridor (so could not keep the windows curtains open for privacy reasons). Breakfast options could be better (was free; so can’t complain too much). Overall good for the price
Can't say enough good things about this place. I've stayed here a lot and I've never seen a critter in any room I stayed in. All the rooms I stayed in had microwave and refrigerator. There's 2 7-11's, a Papa John's, Dominoes, McDonald's, Walmart and the yellow line ALL within a 10 minute walk. The guest laundry is clean and the machines work. The parking is free. The staff is generally accommodating. The pancake machine at breakfast is something else. Need I go on???
